Are you ready to join the programmatic evolution?

Index Exchange is looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our Toronto Downtown office. The IT team at Index Exchange provides comprehensive support to our 430+ employees working around the globe. This role will focus primarily on providing support to internal users in all of Toronto, as well as helping the team deliver on some of their ambitious global initiatives. You’ll be responsible for providing end user support in these key locations including configuration of machines for new hires, supporting Mac, Windows and Linux users. In addition to your support duties, we’re also looking for someone who has experience troubleshooting network issues, setting up audio/video equipment. Experience with Linux and Powershell is an asset. An important part of this role will be your ability to work independently and to partner with end users across different geographies.

  • PXE / MDT (Microsoft Deployment Toolkit) / FOG
  • Jumpcloud
  • MDM (Mobile Device Management)
