With over 20 years of digital experience, including 12 years specialising in programmatic media trading, Adele is recognised as a leading authority in Australia and the wider APAC region. Her journey began post-university, where she honed her skills optimising performance campaigns for renowned media owners. Adele’s passion for technology blossomed, transforming her childhood knack for problem-solving into a career dedicated to addressing intricate challenges within the industry.
In 2012, Adele delved deeper into technology, focusing on programmatic trading and exchange technology. Her expertise led her to consult with CoLab Media Consulting in 2016, and subsequently, she assumed the role of Country Manager at Index Exchange in 2017. As one of the pioneering team members in APAC, she played a pivotal role in expanding Index’s presence, advocating the potential of programmatic media to media owners, marketers, and agencies.
Adele’s commitment to advancing the industry extends beyond her professional roles. She currently serves as Chair of the IAB Australia’s Executive Technology Council and has twice served as a judge for B&T’s Women Leading Tech Awards. Committed to education and empowerment, Adele champions continuous learning among her peers and advocates for women’s representation within the industry. In her current position as Regional Managing Director, she drives the strategic direction and future growth of Index Exchange in the APAC region.
