Are you ready to join the programmatic evolution?

As a Sales Operations Coordinator in our Sales team, you'll be instrumental in supporting our dynamic digital media sales team, focusing on programmatic advertising. Your role is critical in maintaining operational excellence and ensuring client satisfaction in the European market.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Operational Excellence: Implement and manage sales operations strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Salesforce Expertise: Manage Salesforce data, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Utilize advanced Salesforce functions to track sales metrics and client interactions.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast sales, and support strategic decision-making. Generate regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
  • Contract Management: Oversee contract processing and management, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Sales Support: Assist in developing and executing sales strategies, including customer acquisition and upselling. Provide administrative support to streamline sales processes.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with publishers and agencies, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure cohesive operation and alignment with company objectives.
  • Training & Development: Participate in training sessions and stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Here's What You Need:

  • 1-3+ years in sales operations, preferably in digital media or programmatic advertising.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, especially Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Multi-lingual capabilities (English required, additional European languages a plus).
