PMG Leverages Agentic Buying of Streaming TV with Bedrock’s Containerized DSP on Index Cloud

PMG’s Alli Buyer Cloud extends its programmatic buying capabilities via Bedrock Platform and Index Exchange’s supply-side infrastructure, beginning with premium streaming TV

Index Exchange, a globally trusted independent supply-side platform (SSP), today announced a pilot integration that moves PMG’s media buying inside the exchange itself via Index Cloud, with Bedrock Platform’s containerized DSP serving as the bidding decisioning layer. Through the integration, PMG — the global independent platform company powered by its proprietary operating system, Alli — activates the DSP directly from Alli Buyer Cloud. Subjective, the pilot’s initial curation partner, feeds AI-driven content and audience signals into each buying decision. The pilot is designed to enable real-time, agentic optimization of premium supply, first in streaming TV, with mobile app and display to follow.

The efficiency and performance benefits of agentic models rest on their ability to operate at speed. This integration delivers that speed, collapsing the historical structure of programmatic by operating decisioning at the edge, inside the exchange, rather than as a separate destination every impression must travel to. The result is sell-side decisioning in practice: buying intelligence applied at the moment and location an impression becomes available, with fewer intermediary steps and greater transparency into how each decision is made.

“Alli Buyer Cloud is architected to turn intelligence into action. Operating at the supply edge means our agents can better evaluate every impression the moment it becomes available and act in real time based on our clients’ objectives and policies, with no round trips, no signal loss, and full transparency into the quality of what we’re buying,” said Mike Treon, head of CTV and video strategy at PMG.

The announcement builds on Bedrock Platform’s April 2026 debut of the world’s first containerized DSP on Index Cloud and marks the first time a major independent agency has activated that architecture directly through its own operating platform. Alli Buyer Cloud users can orchestrate campaigns in near real-time, triggering agentic optimization without ever leaving the Alli environment.

“Running on top of Index Cloud while using Bedrock Platform as the co-located buying engine lets a platform like PMG’s Alli deploy its own decisioning at exchange scale, without the infrastructure tax that has historically concentrated that power in a handful of platforms,” said Shane Shevlin, co-founder and CEO of Bedrock Platform.

At bid time, Subjective’s content and audience intelligence feeds the decisioning engine directly, enabling contextual, outcome-aligned buys across premium streaming TV inventory. And because Index Cloud provides access to more than 3,000 media owners globally, PMG gains that scale from day one without maintaining external bidder infrastructure. As the pilot progresses, the companies plan to expand optimized curation to additional content and audience intelligence partners.

As investment in streaming TV accelerates and programmatic buying shifts toward AI-driven decisioning, performance increasingly depends on evaluating every impression as soon as it becomes available. Pairing agentic optimization with Index’s scaled streaming TV supply and running it at the supply edge marks a meaningful step forward in how streaming TV is bought.

“Sell-side decisioning has the potential to reshape how the open internet transacts,” said Michael Richardson, VP of product at Index Exchange. “PMG is making that future tangible, bringing the intelligence Alli is known for directly to the origin of the impression.”

PMG is currently automating against premium TV supply partners and activating through Index Cloud and Bedrock DSP for scale and optimization where there are incremental benefits across the firm’s client portfolio.
