TMG Launches Transactional Audiences on Index Marketplaces

TMG brings transactional audience intelligence to Index’s Data Vendor Ecosystem for more addressable targeting and measurement

Transact Media Group (TMG), is a global data, media, and outcomes business connecting transactional intelligence with advertising activation, measurement, and performance. TMG helps brands and agencies use commerce signals to identify audiences, activate media, and understand the relationship between advertising and real-world business outcomes.

TMG today announced that its Transactional Audiences are now live on Index Marketplaces, available through Index’s Data Vendor Ecosystem. The addition brings TMG into Index’s expanding ecosystem of third-party data providers, broadening the range of signals available for sell-side decisioning. The integration enables Index Marketplace partners, marketers, and agencies to incorporate TMG’s transactional audience signals into curated programmatic deals, bringing commerce intelligence closer to the point of impression and enabling more addressable, performance-driven media activation.

TMG’s Transactional Audiences support both targeting and measurement, allowing marketers to use commerce signals to identify relevant audiences and understand how media exposure translates into real-world consumer behavior.

Recent TMG campaigns have demonstrated the commercial impact of this approach. In one financial services campaign, transactional signals contributed to a 28.5% increase in new account openings, generating 18,500 new accounts and 420,000 incremental transactions.

In another campaign for a large global retailer, TMG identified a 34.76% incremental lift in consumer spend, representing approximately $14 million in additional spend, alongside 383,000 incremental transactions.

Joel Williams, Founder & CEO of TMG, said:

“The next evolution of programmatic is about bringing better signals closer to the point of activation. Our integration with Index Exchange makes TMG’s transactional audiences more accessible to buyers within an environment they already use to activate premium, curated supply.

The important thing is that this isn’t simply another audience segment. We’re seeing transactional signals translate into measurable changes in account acquisition, consumer spend and transaction volume. That’s the opportunity for marketers— moving from audience assumptions towards signals that can ultimately be connected to business outcomes.”

Cadi Jones, SVP, EMEA, Index Exchange, said:

“As commerce data becomes more connected to media, marketers have an opportunity to move beyond traditional measures of performance and build a clearer picture of what’s driving business outcomes. The ability to bring more data closer to the impression through sell-side decisioning enables marketers to activate those signals at greater scale, driving stronger performance and ultimately, better return on investment.”

The launch expands TMG’s growing programmatic ecosystem and provides advertisers with another route to incorporate transactional intelligence into media planning, activation and measurement.
