Our mission is to create and sustain a globally inclusive culture that attracts and retains the best talent, where Indexers can embrace their authentic selves and leverage their differences to help us drive our strategic plans.

Allyship
We believe that allyship is a verb, an action. Everyone has the capacity to be an ally. It’s an opportunity for personal growth and community development for all Index employees. In a company as diverse as ours, it’s important that we all are educated on how to serve as active allies to each other.
Inclusive Leadership
At Index, inclusive leaders not only manage other Indexers, but also are aware of their own biases and actively seek out and consider different perspectives to inform their decision-making, in order to collaborate more effectively with others.
Employee-led affinity groups
We’re all on a continuous learning journey. Our employee-led affinity groups amplify the voices of Indexers from around the world to help build community and foster an inclusive environment. Affinity groups are open to all Indexers and provide educational resources, workshops and events, and safe discussion spaces.
Index Pride advocates for and fosters inclusion among the pride community. Its mission is to create a positive and safe 2SLGBTQIA+ friendly workspace where all Indexers can bring their whole authentic selves to work.
The Index Women’s Network celebrates, motivates, and inspires the women of Index, fiercely advocating for their growth and encouraging mentorship and allyship. The group is committed to making Index an employer of choice for women in tech.
Index Diversability collaborates with purpose and promotes the inclusion of people of all abilities to inspire accessible innovation for all, and to foster a culture of inclusion at Index Exchange.
Index Black’s mission is to recreate the powerful unity that we see in the real world within the Black community at Index Exchange. The group works to enhance inclusion and diversity in thought and actions across the entire organization.
