Nicole LoRusso is the social and content strategy manager at Index Exchange, where she leads initiatives that strengthen brand presence and shape the company’s voice in the market.

Before joining Index Exchange, Nicole was PR manager at InMarket, overseeing thought leadership, media relations, and awards programs to elevate corporate visibility and executive profiles. Earlier, she served as a senior account executive at tech PR agency Haymaker Group, developing and executing media strategies for a range of clients.

In March 2023, Nicole was named one of Business Insider’s Rising Stars of Public Relations. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new restaurants and coffee shops around NYC.
