Kristina Gubanov is VP, global operations at Index Exchange, where her team handles the onboarding, day-to-day management, and optimization of partners across the programmatic ecosystem—from DSPs and media owners to marketplaces and container solutions. With over 15 years in ad tech, her career has taken her through a few different chapters: leading a business intelligence team, running product analytics, and more recently, making the move into operations where she's found her home. Along the way, she's built several teams from the ground up, shaping them to fit what the business needed at the time.
 
These days, her work sits at the intersection of operations, product, and engineering, with a focus on making integrations work better for everyone. Ask her what she enjoys most, and she'll tell you it's working through a problem alongside a group of people and landing on a solution together. Kristina is based in Toronto, and outside of work, she's a mom of two who's always up for a new challenge.
